Ever wondered what to use all those Tetra-Paks for? Those ones that can't be recycled in your street recycling but have to be taken somewhere special. Which means, at least in my house, that they inevitably start piling up. Well, we've started using them for growing salad. Check out our vertical recycled gardening...

Some instructions for you, who want to try this at home:

All the gardens that we are working with this year have been keeping a journal of their food growing experience, what they have sown and when, observations about their space, what works and what doesn't. These notes are kept in a little book offline.

We're now offering this space for them to share that experience more widely and hopefully illustrate it with some pics too...
